6 Days Classic Tanzania Safari
Full Itinearary
Day 1: Kilimanjaro Airport – Arusha
Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) you will be met and transferred to your accommodation to recover from your journey.
Day 2: Lake Manyara National Park
It will take you around 3–4 hours to go to Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s “hidden gems,” this morning. This park is renowned for its herds of elephants that approach vehicles head-on and its tree-climbing lions. Take pleasure in your afternoon game drive.
Day 3: Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you’ll start your drive to the Serengeti, one of Africa’s most well-known game parks. During the migration, this area is home to millions of wildebeests, and over the vast, open plains, you may see lions, cheetahs, leopards, hyenas, and many other small predators. Enjoy a wildlife drive on the way to your camp and the novelty of sleeping in the Serengeti itself.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
Trying to locate animals in the Serengeti early in the morning before they flee from the heat of the day. Travel to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area where you will spend the night after a few hours of the wildlife drive. The Ngorongoro crater is the world’s biggest caldera that has never been inundated or fractured. The Ngorongoro Crater, which is around 20 km across and 600 metres deep, is a breathtaking natural phenomenon.
Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater
You will enter the Ngorongoro Crater, a great refuge for animals, this morning. Since almost all of the wildlife at Ngorongoro resides within the crater walls, you can find the game rather quickly. Particularly rhinos, lion prides, and other predators like cheetah can all be frequently spotted. Lunch can be had beside the hippo pond. You’ll take a drive back to Moshi or Arusha after lunch.
Day 6: Departure
Today you will be transferred back to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) in time for your flight.
